Jackie Wrafter (Co-Founder and Director)

Jackie Wrafter is from Liverpool, England. She holds a BA Honours in English Literature and a Master of Philosophy in Modernism. She has a background in administration and publishing and has been working in Vietnam since 2002.

She is the Foundation’s Co-Founder and Director and spent several years working on-site at the orphanage, working hands-on with the children and overseeing the organisation’s programmes there, before taking on a more managerial role, directing the organisation and liaising with the Vietnamese government authorities.

Nick Keegan (Director of Business Development)

Nick Keegan is an experienced business manager from Edinburgh, Scotland. He holds a Master of Science degree in Quality Management and has been working in Vietnam since 2005.

As the Kianh Foundation’s Director of Business, he is responsible for managing all business-related activities and developing and promoting the Foundation’s long-term growth and financial stability.

Prior to working in Vietnam, he held various management positions within the UK Civil Service. His areas of experience include strategic and financial management, quality management, project management, culture change and web design.

Do Le To Quyen (Day Centre Manager)

Do Le To Quyen is from Hoi An City, Central Vietnam. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Danang Foreign Language Teacher College in 1996 and Bachelor of Economy in Business Administration Management in 2005.  She worked for on a number of Overseas Development Aid (ODA) Projects before joining Kianh Foundation in 2011.

As Centre Manager she is responsible for the day to day operations and administration, staff management and building and maintaining relationships with the families of children attending our programmes, and local partners.
