To celebrate the annual International Children’s Day, The Kianh Foundation, a UK and Vietnam registered charity organisation for children with disability and their families in Central Vietnam, is holding its first-ever fundraising dinner in London on 3 June 2015.
The Kianh Foundation (UK reg no: 1094902; Vietnam reg no: AU348/UB-HD) has 14 years experience in providing high quality special education, physiotherapy, speech therapy and access to dental care for children with disability. Dien Ban was bombed heavily during the war and has over 1,000 children without access to vital support services.
Kianh is at an interesting time in its development. In 3 years we have quadrupled the number of children and families supported by our Centre. With around 95 children attending our services, we are basically full-up and have over 30 children awaiting sponsorship.
As part of this year’s fundraising effort to sponsor more children in our Centre, we are holding this fundraising dinner in London. For only £48 per ticket, you will enjoy a delicious 2-course Asian meal (1 main & 1 dessert), plus a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and a glass of red or white wine (juice and soft drinks are also available) during the meal.
What’s more, you will have the chance to meet and network with some 50-70 business professionals from all kinds of sectors during the dinner, including honourable guests such as Mei Sim Lai OBE DL, Her Majesty The Queen’s Representative for London Borough of Brent, Chairman of Mulan Foundation Network and Chairman of IoD City China Group amongst various positions she holds for; and our Sponsor Crowne Plaza London Kensington General Manager Edward Bracken.
The net proceeds from the dinner will be donated to The Kianh Foundation.
